The Chilean Recluse Spider
The Brown Recluse Spider is its first cousin. But this one is a lot more dangerous. It is common in the southwest parts of Europe. The Spanish call it ‘arana de rincon’ which translates to ‘corner spider’. The Portuguese call it ‘aranha-marrom’ or ‘brown spider’. Of all the spiders of the Recluse specie, this has the most toxic venom of all. In rare cases, the venom injected to man causes death.
