The reason why this neighborhood is extremely dangerous is because there is almost no one residing on the houses built in the area. These empty homes become hideouts for criminals. Illegal drug trade is rampant in this area. Some houses were trespassed and converted into gambling places. Imagine half of the entire properties in this neighborhood are of no owner. This gives plenty of spaces for criminals.
