West Center City, Wilmington
Delaware is one of the country’s smallest states. Of the small cities, Wilmington ranked third for being most dangerous. In fact, this particular neighborhood was named Murder Town USA by Newsweek. This small city of just 71,000 witnesses an average of 118 shootings a year. 40% of its residents live below the poverty line. Police forces are also out of control considering how difficult it is to deal with the locals. The city has invested more to fight crimes and there seems to be some progress recently.
