The main reason why this small city is on the list is because of its really high property crime rates. Overall crime rate has also increased by 6.9%. This is in total contrast with the national rate. On the bright side though, this is the only city in Arkansas to have been considered a dangerous city. Hence, the state government can easily do something about it.
