Downtown
Also known as Lower Manhattan, this neighborhood is located in the southernmost part of the NYC borough of Manhattan. This was where the original World Trade Center can be found before the unfortunate 9/11 bombing. It’s one of the largest central business districts in the USA and many people still decide to live here and several companies start their operation here. While violent crimes are low, property crimes are high, including burglary and grand larceny. There is an average of 191 crimes per 100,000 people in this place.
