If you have followed the news in 2015 after the death of Freddie Gray, you will surely not recognize Baltimore. It seems like it was taken straight out of an action movie. Riots, protests and looting of stores were rampant. Violence has also skyrocketed since then. In fact, even before Gray’s death, this neighborhood is already problematic.
