Stunt men
You appreciate movies once they are done, but you only see the final output. You don’t see what has happened beyond the scenes. This is where stunt men are acting the scenes to make them close to reality as much as possible. Though CGI has helped make their job less risky, it still comes with great risk in general. Try driving cars over cliffs or jumping out of a high altitude. This is why it is common for them to be injured on set.
