Correctional officer
Correctional officers have to be tough or at least project an image that they are one. After all, they are always at risk of being attacked by an inmate. They also have to be tough in disciplining them without being too tough that their rights are violated. The injury rate of these officers is 36 times higher than that of a typical officer worker.
