KRONOSAURUS
‘Lizard of Kronos’ means Kronosaurus. The great Greek headman was whom archaeologists named this beast after. They are noted for their short necks and long mouths. The scientific classification of this animal is Sauropsida. It belongs to the Pliosauridae family. Known to reach 13 meters in length, they averaged out at around 9 meters. Their long and large teeth measures up to 7 centimeters long. The bigger ones at the front measure out at 30 centimeters or a foot.
