Jurassic Park movies surely painted a horrific image of these dinosaurs. The translation of its name best describes it ‘Swift Seizer’. These ultra fast animals lived about 75 to 71 million years ago. Contrary to popular belief, they lived during the late Cretaceous Period. They belong to the family called ‘Dromaeosauridae’. They are classified under ‘Reptilia’. One of these is no match against bigger dinosaurs. That is why they attack in large groups.
