Flatiron
Part of the Manhattan borough, is where NYC’s high technology district known as the Silicon Alley was founded. Some of the most popular towers in the area are Met Life Tower and the Flatiron Building, which is one of the oldest in NYC. A variety of stores can be found here including Origins and Ann Taylor. However, it’s considered as a dangerous city because of its high property crime rate, although the rate of violent crimes in the area is low.
