Red Bluff
Another small city has made it in this list both for property and violent crime rates. It is located north of Sacramento and each resident of this city has 1 in 15 chance of being a victim of a crime. The worst part is that the figures are going up. In as much as we want to say that these figures are a bluff, we can’t. They are real and something has to change to make this place safer.
