Stockton
Stockton is facing tons of problems. To begin with, it is the second most populous city to have filed for bankruptcy protection during the 2008 financial crisis just next to Detroit. Just like Detroit, this city is also facing a huge problem on crimes. With a population of over 300,000 controlling crimes has been a major challenge for the authorities. The worst part is that some of the recorded crimes were related to police abuse of power. The lack of trust between authorities and civilians might have even heightened bad situation. The good thing is that the numbers are starting to drop down lately.
