Colombia has yet another entry on this list. This city has been plagued by violence for several years now. Guerilla militias and other military groups have been battling it out for years now. Extortion, kidnapping, murder and other forms of violence are extremely common in the city. The rate is too high that it has been branded as one of the murder capitals in the world.
