Mogadishu, Somalia
The city has a fully dysfunctional government. It has reached a point when embassies and even the UN had to pull out of Mogadishu. Al Qaeda’s links have already reached this city and it has suffered from tremendous violence for decades now. There is also no end solution in sight. Worse, there could be more wars coming in the future.
